THC-Infused Vegetarian Rigatoni Pasta

Chef Matt (@chefmatt2.0) and special guest Chef Sako (@aioli7) kick off this premiere episode of “Ganja Eats: Cooking with Cannabis” (@ganjaeats) with a THC-infused vegetarian rigatoni pasta that will make your taste buds soar into the stratosphere. Follow along with us as we teach you how to cook with cannabis!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chef Matt’s 250mg THC-Infused Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chef Matt’s CBD-Infused Chili Oil
  • 5 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
  • Crushed Italian tomatoes, canned
  • 4 cups Rigatoni pasta, cooked
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • Shaved parmesan cheese, to taste
  • Focaccia Bread, Sliced & and oiled with 1/4 tsp olive oil per slice, toasted

Directions

  1. Heat your pan on medium flame.
  2. Add 1 tbsp Chef Matt’s CBD-Infused Chili Oil and crushed garlic cloves to the pan and lightly toast.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer and stir.
  4. Add 4 cups of cooked pasta to the pan and continue to cook.
  5. Add 1 tbsp of Chef Matt’s 250mg THC-Infused Olive Oil to the pan and simmer.
  6. Add fresh parsley and basil to the pan and stir.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese to taste and serve hot!
